UHN holds a very special place in our hearts. They saved the life of our mother and Nana. Thanks to the incredible transplant team at Toronto General Hospital, she was able to receive a new liver along with round-the-clock care and support during one of the hardest times in her life.
It is because of the dedicated teams at Toronto General Hospital and the Toronto Rehabilitation Institute that she was able to celebrate another birthday in May with our family.
