Or a chance to win two (2) courtside tickets for Toronto Raptors vs. Memphis Grizzlies on November 2, 2025, at Scotiabank Arena, Toronto. Or a chance to win two (2) tickets to Toronto Maple Leafs vs. Utah Mammoth on November 5, 2025, at the Scotiabank Arena, Toronto!

How to enter: 

1. Register for We Walk UHNITED at wewalkUHNITED.ca before September 28, 2025, 11:59 p.m. EST. During registration identify yourself as a UHN employee, learner or volunteer and indicate the site you affiliate with.

2. Mail in a 200-word essay stating what it would mean for you to be able to attend the game with your full name, email address, and phone number to the following address:

Each mailed in entry successfully received by UHN Foundation before September 28, 2025, 11:59 p.m. will be entered into the draws. Limit is one (1) Entry per person and per email address during the draw period. Additional entries received from any one person or email address thereafter will be void. 

Who’s eligible to participate: 

1. Current UHN employees, volunteers or learners with a valid UHN ID, excluding UHN Executive Leadership Forum, UHN and UHNF Board Members and UHNF Senior Leadership Team.
   
   
2. Must be over 18 years of age to participate.

 
Entry period: 

The entry period begins on September 22, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. and ends on September 28, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. EST 

Prizes: 

• One (1) winner will receive two (2) tickets to Toronto Maple Leafs vs. Detroit Red Wings on October 13, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. – Scotiabank Arena, Toronto, ON. Estimated prize value of $500.

• One (1) winner will receive two (2) tickets to Toronto Maple Leafs vs. Detroit Red Wings on October 13, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. – Scotiabank Arena, Toronto, ON. Estimated prize value of $550.

• One (1) winner will receive two (2) courtside tickets to Toronto Raptors vs. Memphis Grizzlies on November 2, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. - Scotiabank Arena, Toronto, ON. Estimated prize value of $2,610.

• One (1) winner will receive two (2) tickets to Toronto Maple Leafs vs. Utah Mammoth on November 5, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. – Scotiabank Arena, Toronto, ON. Estimated prize value of $514.

Selection of winner: 

1. On Monday, September 29, 2025, four (4) winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
   
   
2. The winners will be contacted via email on September 29, 2025, and must respond within 24 hours to claim their prize, or another winner will be randomly selected. The winner will be asked to show their UHN ID and sign a winner release form in person prior to the prize being transferred.
   
   
3. The winners’ names will be posted on the We Walk UHNITED website as the promotion winners.  

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. 

Publicity release: 

By participating in this We Walk UHNITED promotion, participants grant UHN and UHN Foundation the right to use their photographs and name for promotional purposes, including, but not limited to, UHN Foundation social media accounts, UHN Foundation website, and other marketing materials. 

Terms and conditions 

1. Giveaway is open to all registrants of We Walk UHNITED excluding UHN and UHN Foundation Board Members, UHN Executive Leadership Forum, and UHNF Senior Leadership Team

2. We Walk UHNITED is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, MLSE (Maple Leafs Sports Entertainment) or Scotiabank Arena.

3. UHN Foundation will contact the entrants via email only and may ask for additional contact information.

4. Prizes are non-transferable and will not be exchanged for cash or other prizes.

5. Chance of winning depends on the total number of entries received during the promotional period.

6. By entering this promotion in accordance with its terms, each registrant expressly consents to UHN Foundation, its agents and/or representatives, storing, sharing and using their information (including their photo) with their entry for the purpose of administering the promotion and all promotional purposes.

7. UHN Foundation reserves the right to disqualify a winner if they are found to be non-compliant with the terms of this We Walk UHNITED promotion.

8. UHN Foundation reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions as well as terminate the We Walk UHNITED Promotion at any time. In the event of such termination, all participants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of the promotion and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against UHN Foundation.

9. Prize winners are responsible for: any and all costs, expenses and taxes not expressly described herein including, without limitation, applicable ground transportation, gratuities, merchandise, telephone calls, and personal expenses of any nature for overnight layovers, meals and beverages, service charges incurred.
