Who is Team Supportive Care anyway?

The UHN Department of Supportive Care (DSC) is a team of interdisciplinary clinicians, educators, and researchers that work together to provide innovative and compassionate Supportive Care, empowering those we serve. We deliver services and programming in Palliative Care, Cancer Rehabilitation and Survivorship, and Psychosocial Oncology. We have developed several specialty programs to address the unique needs of patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers. We also have department-wide programs that focus on Supportive Care education and research. (See image above.)
