West Park Warriors are UHNITED to make a difference!

I’ve registered for We Walk UHNITED to raise funds for UHN’s West Park Healthcare Centre, a national leader in rehabilitation and complex care.

Every day at West Park, people get their lives back after serious injury or illness. The skilled, caring team of physicians, nurses and therapists helps patients on every step of their recovery journey, so they can regain their independence and return home to their families and what they love to do.

The money I raise on my walk will support West Park’s most urgent needs. Your support will help West Park increase access to essential post-acute care programs and respond to the growing demands on our healthcare system. It will support ground-breaking research and the recruitment of the best and brightest medical minds equipped with the latest cutting-edge equipment and technology – so West Park can keep providing the very highest quality of patient care.
