I’m walking for my dad — and for every patient who needs hope.

My dad's journey through diagnosis, surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation all took place here at UHN. I’ve been working at UHN for three years now, but my connection to this incredible place began long before that. The first time I came to Toronto General Hospital was to visit my dad after his surgery — he had been diagnosed with sarcoma.

Though he’s no longer with us, I’m walking in his memory — and for every other patient and family who is facing the same battle. I believe in the power of research, innovation, and compassionate care to make a difference. That’s why I’ve joined We Walk UHNITED — to raise funds and awareness for the vital work being done at UHN.
